I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Educational Counseling from the University of Southern California (USC). I have served as a career counselor at the Veteran Resource Center at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), California State University Maritime Academy, Texas A&M University at College Station, and the University of Houston at Sugarland. I volunteered as a career counselor at the Student Veteran Association at USC. I am also a former recruitment professional. I have held the positions of recruiter and recruiting coordinator in the legal, technology, healthcare, staffing, and hospitality industries.
