This package includes five different services in support of your job search. Following an initial 30 minute meeting to strategize and discuss your career goals, you will schedule each session based on your timeline and schedule. You can also schedule additional coaching sessions, based on your individual needs.

1) Federal Resume Creation

“I will construct your federal resume from
scratch! Together we will gather and organize information regarding your work history, experience, and skills. I will build your federal resume in strict compliance with all federal requirements regarding content and format. You will receive the finished product promptly by email and will be able to review your resume with me for any final revisions.”

2) Federal Resume Quality Check

Once your Federal resume is completed, I will email you the draft. Upon receipt of the draft, please schedule a time meet and provide me with any changes you would like made.

3) Cover Letter Creation

Please bring the job posting you will be using the cover letter for. I will tailor the letter to the position to give you the best chance of being considered for the opportunity. We will discuss why you are excited about the position and the company or organization, and why your skills and experience are a good fit.

4) General Interview Consultation

We will discuss common interview questions and you can get feedback on your answers. We’ll also review what to expect and general interview preparation tips.

5) Offer Evaluation & Negotiation Tips

We will have a conversation about your offer(s). We will examine as aspects of the letter, and discuss any concerns or hesitations you may have, so you can make the best decision for you. If you have a spouse or significant other who you would like to include, please feel free to invite them to join us.
